GENEVA, March 03, /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Catherine Ashton, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, will meet in Madrid, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Monday, March 3.

“We confirm that such a meeting is scheduled to take place in Madrid,” the ministry said.
