UN, February 13, 6:41 /ITAR-TASS/. Russia has presented to the UN Security Council its draft resolution on the humanitarian situation in Syria, Russia’s representation at the UN told Itar-Tass on Thursday.

“Russia has presented to the Security Council its counter version of a draft resolution on the humanitarian situation in Syria,” the source said.
