Russian prime minister spurs work on Eurasian Union with Belarus, Kazakhstan

MOSCOW, January 9. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has ordered the Foreign Ministry and the Economic Development Ministry to approve by April 17, 2014 a draft Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union with Belarus and Kazakhstan, and to prepare a draft law on the ratification of this document.

Instructions pursuant to President Vladimir Putin's instructions of 27 December, outlined in his state-of-the-nation speech, were posted on the government website on Thursday.
