MOSCOW, December 27. /ITAR-TASS/. The Moscow city court has cancelled the absentee arrest of former senator from the Russian republic of Tuva and beneficiary of the bank Mezhprombank gone bankrupt Sergey Pugachev, who is accused of massive embezzlement.

The criminal case was passed for new court proceedings in the Basmanny court in Moscow over violations of the Criminal Procedure Code.
