MOSCOW, December 12. /ITAR-TASS/. Moscow City Court's appeals board ordered a new review the investigator's petition to extend the arrest of Yevgenia Vasilyeva, a key suspect in the high-profile Oboronservis case.

The investigator had asked the court to keep Vasilyeva, former head of the Defense Ministry's property department, under house arrest until February 23.

The Thursday resolution did not change Vasilyeva's measure of restraint. Under the previous court ruling, she is to remain under house arrest until December 26.
