MOSCOW, December 09. /ITAR-TASS/. Three people were killed and six injured when a minibus collided with a van in the Penza region, central Russia, early on Monday, said a report posted on the website of the emergencies ministry’s regional department.

The accident occurred at 9:40 am, Moscow time, in the Issa district of the Penza region, the report said.
