MOSCOW, December 06. /ITAR-TASS/. The Federal Air Transport Agency is being searched within the criminal case over the crash of an airliner Boeing in the city of Kazan, the capital of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan.

The detectives have found so far that commander of the crew Rustem Salikhov specialized in flight navigation and then he had received a certificate of a pilot of commercial aviation in an aviation training center, which had a licence from the Federal Air Transport Agency.

“The detectives had the suspicions that these training centers, which are shut down now, are legal. In this regard, the main investigation department of the Russian Investigative Committee is making searches at several departments of the Federal Air Transport Agency,” Markin said.
