Investigative Committee finalizes inquiry of Udaltsov, Razvozzhayev criminal case

MOSCOW, November 25. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s Investigative Committee has finalized the inquiry of the criminal case of oppositionist Leonid Razvozzhayev and leader of Left Front Sergei Udaltsov, the authority’s press service told Itar-Tass on Monday.
“The chief investigative department of the Investigative Committee finalized the inquiry of the criminal case on staging mass disorders on May 6, 2012 in Bolotnaya Square in Moscow against Leonid Razvozzhayev and Sergei Udaltsov,” the press service said.
Now, the criminal case was passed to the Prosecutor General’s Office for further indictment and subsequent transfer to the court for consideration.
The press service says, Leonid Razvozzhayev is charged with preparations for staging mass disorders in various parts of Russia and with illegal crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation.
Sergei Udaltsov is charged with preparations for staging mass disorders in various parts of Russia and with staging mass disorders in Bolotnaya Square in Moscow.
