MOSCOW, November 23, 9:19 /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed an order on the federal information system of academic certification, the governmental press service reports on Saturday.

The system will “control awarding of academic degrees, annulment or restoration,” and will also put together lists of subjects, where academic councils will have the right to receive dissertation works.
