MOSCOW, November 20. /ITAR-TASS/. The expertise has found driver of the KAMAZ truck Grachya Arutyunyan guilty in a major road accident in the New Moscow district, where 18 people died, the press service of the Moscow police department told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.

“The main investigation department of the Moscow police have received the resolutions of psychiatric and three car technical expertises, which were conducted within the criminal case over the road accident in the New Moscow district involving driver of the KAMAZ truck Grachya Arutyunyan. The resolutions of the car technical expertises exposed that the violations of the road traffic rules and the car driving rules were found in the actions of the driver,” the police said.
