The international airport in the city of Kazan, the capital of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan, was opened at 16:15 Moscow time (12:15 GMT) on Monday for arrivals and departures of airplanes ahead of the deadline set before, chief press officer of the airport Regina Talova told Itar-Tass.

“The airport is prepared for arrivals and departures of airplanes ahead of time. The check-in for the flight to Egypt’s Hurghada was announced. As many as 180 people lined up at the flight registration desk. The flight controlling service of the airport is forming next flights from Kazan and to Kazan,” she said.
