Earlier Russia's EMERCOM confirmed death of six people

MOSCOW, November 13 (Itar-Tass) - Russia’s' Emergency Situations Ministry (EMERCOM) revised the death toll from the gas blast in a Moscow region apartment house to seven following reports that another body was found in the debris at the scene of the accident.

"As of 05:00, Moscow time, on Wednesday, six people were killed and another seven were injured in the explosion," an EMECOM official reported earlier on Wednesday.

The debris cleaning efforts are continuing.

The explosion on November 11 ripped through a high-rise apartment house in the settlement of Zagorskiye Dali, Sergiyev Posad district, on Monday, collapsing part of the house roof and upper storey ceilings.

The blast fully destroyed four apartments and damaged another seven. 

Gas blast in the settlement of Zagorskiye Dali, Sergiyev Posad district of Moscow Region, made 350 people homeless.

An investigation of the incident is underway.
