MOSCOW, October 29 (Itar-Tass) - Russia’s Vneshekonombank (VEB), Gazprombank and Roseximbank have signed a credit agreement with the Ecuadoran Ministry for Coordination of Strategic Sectors of Economy to finance the construction of a Termogas Machala thermal power station in Ecuador.

The document was signed during an official visit to Russia of Ecuadoran President Rafael Correa.
