BAKU, October 9 (Itar-Tass) - Incumbent Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has won at the presidential elections in the Caucasus Republic of Azerbaijan, gaining 83.89 percent of votes, the independent sociological research centre “Forecast” reported on Wednesday.

Experts of the centre have conducted the exit poll.
