MOSCOW, September 26 (Itar-Tass) - The emergency of federal level was lifted in Khabarovsk Territory, Russian Minister of Emergency Situations Vladimir Puchkov said on Thursday.

“The governmental committee decided to lift the emergency in Khabarovsk Territory and to begin restoration works,” the minister said at a meeting of the governmental committee to clean up the aftermaths of emergency situations.
