MOSCOW, September 13 (Itar-Tass) - Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin flied to the fire site at a mental health care home in Novgorod Region, North-Western Russia, spokesman of the Russian Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass on Friday.

“Alexander Bastrykin flied to Novgorod Region to coordinate personally the work of the team of operatives at the fire site,” Markin said.
