MOSCOW, September 13 (Itar-Tass) - The fate of 37 patients of the mental health care home in Nizhny Novgorod Region, Central Russia, where a fire broke out last night, remains unknown, Emergencies Ministry Spokesperson Oleg Voronov told ITAR-TASS on Friday, September 13.

“According to the latest information, there were about 60 people in the building, 20 of them were led out by the administration. The fate of 37 is unknown. But this does not mean that they died,” he said, adding that they might have left the building on their own.

The fire occurred at 02:52 Moscow time and covered an area of 670 square metres.
