MOSCOW, September 9 (Itar-Tass) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has congratulated his Tajik counterpart, Akil Akilov, on Tajikistan’s national holiday, the Independence Day, the press service of the Russian government reported on Monday.
“Traditionally, Russia and Tajikistan have friendly relations in the trade and economic, scientific and technical, cultural, humanitarian and other areas,” Medvedev said in his congratulatory telegram. “I am confident that further comprehensive development of bilateral relations meets the interests of both nations.”
