MOSCOW, September 7 (Itar-Tass) - The water, which overflew a temporary dam near Komsomolsk-on-Amur, does not threaten lives of local residents, Head of EMERCOM’s Information Department Oleg Voronov said on Saturday. About 500 people were evacuated.
