MOSCOW, August 22 (Itar-Tass) - Russia and Japan are preparing a ministerial meeting within the 2+2 format in compliance with an agreement reached by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Japanese Prime Ministeir Shinzo Abe, Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said on Thursday.
