UNITED NATIONS, August 16 (Itar-Tass) - Jeffrey D. Feltman, United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs, plans to visit Cairo next week for talks with Egyptian officials, Farhan Haq, Associate Spokesperson for the Secretary-General told Itar-Tass on Friday.
