SYDNEY, August 16. (Itar-Tass) – A ferry with around 700 passengers on board collided with a cargo ship near the Cebu port located in central Philippines, said ABC, Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

Border patrol and fishing boats were first to respond to the accident site. Rescue efforts are underway, no casualties or causes were reported as of yet.
