The Russian Federal Security Service has been instructed to hold talks with Kazakhstan to sign the Agreement on Cooperation and Interaction
MOSCOW, July 8 (Itar-Tass) - President Vladimir Putin has approved a Russian-Kazakhstani agreement on cooperation between special services.
According to the president’s decree placed on the legal information portal, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has been instructed to hold talks with Kazakhstan to sign the Agreement on Cooperation and Interaction between the FSB and the Foreign Intelligence Service of Kazakhstan.
