Two bomb blasts killed four people and wounded over 40 people

MOSCOW, May 22 (Itar-Tass) - People, who were hospitalized in the Moscow medical institutions after an awful terrorist act in Makhachkala on May 20, are in heavy and moderately heavy condition, the press service of the Russian Health Ministry reported on Wednesday.

“An injured person in moderately heavy condition is undergoing treatment the Priorov Central Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedics, a wounded person in heavy condition - at the Vishnevsky Central Military Clinical Hospital, one more person in moderately heavy condition - at the Main Clinical Hospital of the Russian Interior Ministry,” the press service said.

“Thirty-eight people, including a child, are undergoing treatment at the hospitals,” the press service said. From them six people are in heavy condition, 31 people - in moderately heavy condition and one person - in lightly heavy condition. The Health Ministry noted that 14 people are undergoing treatment at the outpatient clinics.

Two bomb blasts, which rocked Makhachkala at the Bailiff Service building in the Ordzhonikidze Street on May 20, killed four people, wounded over 40 people, including 16 employees of the Dagestani branch of the Federal Bailiff Service. The first blast had a little power. After the policemen arrived at the blast site and fenced off the blast area, the second stronger blast went off. The car parked at the Bailiff Service building exploded. The power of the second blast reached 50 kilograms of trotyle.
