ASTRAKHAN, March 14 (Itar-Tass) – All the hostages taken at the Volgo-Kaspiisky college in Astrakhan have been set free, regional police spokesman Pyotr Rusanov told Itar-Tass.

"Special task force fighters freed all the hostages. They are safe and sound. The hostage-taker is being interrogated," Rusanov said.
