KRASNOYARSK, February 23 (Itar-Tass) - Cold water supply was resumed in Achinsk on Saturday according to the reserve scheme. Heat supply to buildings and social facilities was not halted, the regional department for emergencies reported.

About 18,000 people in the city of Achinsk, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, were left without cold water supply on Friday night because of damage of the 600-mm-diametre main.
