Sargsyan receives over 80 prc of votes in presidential election in Armenia

YEREVAN, Februry 18 (Itar-Tass) – According to preliminary results annouced by the Central Election Commission, incumbent Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has received 80.27 percent of votes in the just-concluded presidential election in the country.
He is followed by opposition Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian with 14.12 percent. The other contenders received less than 4 percent.
Election commissions have processed slightly over 0.4 percent of ballots.
