MOSCOW, December 27 (Itar-Tass) — Russia’s President Vladimir Putin approved changes to the law on the Central Bank, the Kremlin reported on Thursday.
The State Duma adopted the law on December 11, and on December 19 the Federation Council passed the law.
The law allows the Russian Central Bank to open and have rouble correspondent accounts of foreign central /national/ banks
