VLADIKAVKAZ, December 21 (Itar-Tass) —— The Trans-Caucasian road is closed because of a heavy snowfall and avalanche threat, an Emergencies Ministry source in North Ossetia told Itar-Tass on Friday.

Traffic is halted on the section of the Roki tunnel in both directions from 00:30 Moscow time until further notice, the source said.
