MOSCOW, December 31. /TASS/. An air raid alert has been lifted in Russia’s Belgorod, regional Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on his Telegram channel.

"An air raid alert in Belgorod has been lifted," he wrote.

Belgorod and the surrounding region were shelled by Ukraine’s armed forces. The latest strike was delivered on downtown Belgorod with the use of cluster munitions from Czech-made multiple rocket launchers. At least 24 people were killed and 108 were injured.
