MOSCOW, December 23. /TASS/. Four people were killed in a collision between a minibus and a car in the southern Russian region of Rostov, the Health Ministry said.

As many as 14 people suffered injuries. Eleven of the injured have been taken to the hospital in serious condition and three received medical assistance on the spot.
