Cargill, Viterra and Louis Dreyfus are the three companies that already halted or intending to halt grain exports from Russia this year
MOSCOW, April 4. /TASS/. The total share of grain traders that left the Russian market was less than 15%, head of the Union of Grain Exporters Eduard Zernin told TASS.
"The total share of three multinational corporations in this season is less than 15%, despite advantages of foreign traders owing to participation in global chains of supplies. Russian exporters outpaced them long ago in terms of the scale of business," the expert said.
The exit of multinational traders from the Russian market can hardly be viewed as a positive development but there is no crisis in the current situation, Zernin added.
