UNITED NATIONS, April 4. /TASS/. Russia is viewing any ideas related to the impairment of the veto right of permanent members of the UN Security Council as unacceptable, Adviser to the Russian Permanent Delegation to the UN Dina Gilmutdinova said.

"Any thoughts entailing the impairment of prerogatives of current permanent members of the Security Council, including the veto institute, remain unacceptable for us. It should be kept in mind: this institute is an important factor stimulating Council members to look for more balanced decisions," the diplomat noted.
