MOSCOW, March 21. /TASS/. Russia and China oppose sanctions, imposed without UN Security Council’s approval, Moscow and Beijing said in a joint statement, published on the Kremlin’s official website on Tuesday.

"The sides oppose all unilateral sanctions imposed in circumvention of the UN Security Council," the document says.
