KHERSON, October 18. /TASS/. Vladimir Saldo, the acting governor of the Kherson Region, has said that Ukraine is building up considerable troops in the Nikolayev and Krovoi Rog areas.

"We all know that Ukraine declared an all-out war on Russia. And it’s massing huge forces in the Nikolayev and Krovoi Rog areas," he said in a video posted to Telegram.
