MOSCOW, July 10. /TASS/. The Russian communications watchdog, Roscomnadzor, has restricted access to the website of the German newspaper Welt, according to data on its website on Sunday.

Access to www.welt.de was restricted by demand from the Prosecutor General’s Office in compliance with the rules that order access be limited to information that contains calls for riots, extremism and illegal protests.
