MOSCOW, March 26. /TASS/. North Korean Minister of Foreign Affairs Ri Yong-ho’s visit to Russia is being discussed, and it may take place in the second half of April, a Russian Foreign Ministry official told TASS.
"The North Korean foreign minister’s visit to Moscow is being discussed," he said. "It may take place in mid-April."
The source noted in response to a question that the details of the minister’s program of the visit would be further provided.
The last meeting between the Russian and North Korean foreign ministers was held in August 2017 on the sidelines of a summit of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in Manila, the Philippines.
