Russian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers, Sergei Lavrov and Elmar Mamedyarov, have had a telephone conversation to discuss most topical aspects of bilateral relations, as well as international and regional agenda, an official at the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Thursday.

"[The two sides] focused on the most pressing aspects of bilateral, international and regional agenda," the official said.
