ANKARA, December 12. /TASS/. The decision to withdraw Russia’s taskforce from Syria was not agreed with the allies, Russian president’s aide Yuri Ushakov said on Monday.

President Vladimir Putin "issued this order as a Supreme Commander-in-Chief. He is not obliged to inform anyone," Ushakov told journalists when asked whether the Russian authorities had discussed this decision with Iran.
