MOSCOW, July 8. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory message to Khaltmaa Battulga who won Mongolia’s presidential election, the presidential press service said on Saturday.
In the congratulatory telegram, Putin underscored traditionally friendly and good-neighborly relations of Russia and Mongolia and showed keen interest in further mutually beneficial cooperation in all spheres in both nations’ interests.
