MOSCOW, April 27. /TASS/. The US has not sent any official query for appointing a new ambassador to Moscow, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told TASS on Thursday.

"There has been no official query from the US for how Moscow would view one or another candidate as a replacement for (the current ambassador John) Tefft," he said.
