Decision to postpone Russian President Vladimir Putin’s annual televised Q&A session is unrelated to the recent protests, the Kremlin says
MOSCOW, April 3. /TASS/. Decision to postpone Russian President Vladimir Putin’s annual televised Q&A session, officially known as "The Direct Line with Vladimir Putin," until summer is unrelated to the recent protests, a decision on the issue was made two months ago.
"The decisions on the dates for the ‘Direct Line’ were made about two months ago, long before those protests held a week ago," Russian Presidential Spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, told reporters on Monday. "So any attempts to link them are rather absurd."
