The Kremlin spokesman says the two presidents voiced mutual concern over the escalation of tensions
MOSCOW, March 2. /TASS/. Russian and Ukrainian Presidents, Vladimir Putin and Pyotr Poroshenko, had working contacts over the phone.
However, the ceasefire in Avdeyevka was not discussed, Russian Presidential Spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, told reporters on Thursday.
"The very fact of the ceasefire in Avdeyevka was not discussed. They exchanged views and voiced mutual concern over the escalation of tensions. I can only confirm that the two presidents’ working telephone contacts did take place," Peskov said.
