GENEVA, February 27. /TASS/. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov is having a meeting with United Nations Secretary General’s Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura, a diplomatic source told TASS on Monday.

"The meeting has negun," the source said.

Upon arrival in Geneva earlier in the day, Gatilov said he plans to meet with de Mistura but did not say when this meeting will take place.
