MOSCOW, February 14. /TASS/. Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov jokingly responded to a request on Tuesday to comment on a prankster’s practical joke call lampooning a US congresswoman as a gag.

"We have seen these media reports [on the prank call] but the Kremlin has nothing to do with this," the presidential spokesman said.

Going further into detail on this topic, the Kremlin spokesman said jokingly: "We highly value the fact that it has not crossed anyone’s mind to accuse the Kremlin of this until now. This testifies to some fleeting enlightenment."

Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova could not hold back her humor either as she commented on the pranksters’ call.

"President Aibolit [Powerpill] from the country of Limpopo… Russian fairy tales are coming true. God, do not abandon America!" she wrote on her social network page.
