GENEVA, September 8. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and the UN Secretary-General's special envoy for Syria, Staffan de Mistura have begun talks at President Wilson hotel.

Lavrov arrived in Geneva on Thursday night. It is expected that he will meet in Geneva with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry for a discussion of the Syrian problem.
