Kremlin expects foreign guests to attend Victory Day events

MOSCOW, May 5. /TASS/. The Kremlin this year expects foreign states’ leaders to attend the Victory Day festivities in Moscow on May 9 and the Victory parade on red Square, although no official invitations have been extended because this year it is not a jubilee event, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov told journalists on Thursday.
"The parade will be held in the usual regime; the foreign guests will attend, but no special invitations from the president have been extended," Ushakov said.
