YEREVAN, April 22. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has begun talks with his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian.

The meeting is held in a narrow format. The two ministers will be later joined by the delegations.

Lavrov will also meet with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan later in the day.

One of the central issues on the agenda is the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement.
