Moscow says NATO engaged in propaganda accusing Russia of migrant crisis in Europe
"We believe that these statements, specific analysis are another propaganda move aimed at justifying Russia’s containment," Russian Foreign Ministry's spokesperson says
MOSCOW, March 11. /TASS/. The statements of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg who alleged that Moscow is responsible for the migration crisis in Europe are aimed at justifying Russia’s containment and are propaganda, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Friday.
"Despite the alliance’s recurrent wild claims, we say every time that we do not close the door," she said. "It’s not because we like to listen to these statements, but because such large countries as Russia and NATO member-states need to be aware of their responsibility to prevent or stop global crises, new challenges and threats."
"We believe that these statements, specific analysis are another propaganda move aimed at justifying Russia’s containment," Zakharova said.
