PARIS, March 3. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is meeting with his French counterpart Jean-Marc Ayrault in Paris.

The ministers exchanged handshakes, were reserved but optimistic.

The bilateral meeting is held shortly before the Normandy format talks on Ukraine, which are expected to start in Paris later.
